BOOTH Services

Carolina Convention Services & Rentals offers the following equipment for each trade show booth:

  • 8' high flame retardant back wall
  • 3' high flame retardant side walls
  • 4', 6' or 8' expo table covered with vinyl and skirted on three sides
  • Folding chair(s)
  • Wastebasket
  • Booth Identification Signs (booth numbers or custom vendor signs)

Customization Options:

  • More than 20 colors with varying color combinations are available for drapes,  table skirts, and vinyl table covering.  Expo tables measure 24 inches deep.
In addition to booth equipment and supplies, we can also offer pipe and drape as a room divider or masking drape in show colors at heights ranging from 3' - 10'.  Linear drape is available at heights of 10' up to 16' in black drape only.

Aisle carpet can be added to accent the look of your show.  Booth carpet is available as part of the standard booth offering or as an additional rental item to exhibitors.

At Carolina Convention Services & Rentals, your upcoming event is of the utmost importance to us.  After all, our success is determined by your success!  With that in mind, the additional services listed below are included with each event contract as part of our commitment to excellence in customer service.

STRATEGIC PLANNING SESSIONS - everything from growing your event to increasing profit, Carolina Convention Services & Rentals is your partner every step of the way.  On-site meetings are the norm in planning and detailing for a successful event.  Together, we know we'll make a great team!

EXHIBITOR SERVICE GUIDE - this helpful information kit is designed and completely customized for your event.  Distributed to exhibitors prior to the event, the ESG assists vendors in planning for your show and ensuring all of their needs are met prior to load in.  The ESG includes a summary of pertinent dates and times, listing of standard booth equipment, options for drayage and freight services, additional equipment ordering opportunities and more.

ONSITE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER - available to show management, our customer service center is staffed during exhibitor load in by a knowledgeable CCSR event professional to assist with additional equipment and general information. The customer service center will remain open until the start of your show.

POST SHOW MEETING & DEBRIEFING - a brief meeting following the event to discuss performance and details moving forward.
